Awarded “Highly Commended” by the Association of International Broadcasters, I produced the graphic novel series ‘Hooked"‘ for BBC Focus on Africa television in partnership with Benjamin Dix of PositiveNegatives.
Pioneering the use of new digital software, ‘Hooked’ tells the story of a young drug addict in Guinea Bissau, the world’s first narco-state. Produced for television, online and mobile, the five part series sought to push boundaries in creative hard-hitting journalism and win over young audiences.
